Every deep clean starts long before our team unlocks the door. A quick prep call, a short walkthrough of the rooms that need the most attention, and a clear list of do-not-touch items is all we ask of our clients - and it is exactly why every appointment runs on time.
"On the day itself we bring everything - industrial extractors, eco-friendly chemicals, ladders and microfibre cloths - and a supervisor who inspects each finished room against the checklist before signing off.
The difference between a quick wipe-down and a proper deep clean is in the detail. We move furniture to vacuum underneath, wash skirting boards, descale every tap and shower head, and steam the oven until the glass is clear.
Once the clean is finished we photograph the key rooms for your records and hand over a simple care sheet - what we did, what we used, and how to keep each surface looking its best between visits.
